Arirang Kimchi featured in Bon Appetit
03/22/2012Bon Appetit Magazine wanted to do a special on Kimchi and contacted us for our product. As if that wasn’t awesome enough, yesterday we were featured in their article, “Why Kimchi Should Have a Place on Your Table” and it mentions how truly unique the relationship is between food and country i.e. Kimchi and Korea, among other kimchi tidbits. Some time ago, I watched the video of Arirang Kimchi plant introduced by one of the daughters of the owner.
I will be in Englewood, NJ area on Wednesday, May 30th, to attend the bender’s day for Whole Foods, and would like to visit your plant in the afternoon of May 30th can, around 4 pm.
