Bon Appetit Magazine wanted to do a special on Kimchi and contacted us for our product. As if that wasn’t awesome enough, yesterday we were featured in their article, “Why Kimchi Should Have a Place on Your Table” and it mentions how truly unique the relationship is between food and country i.e. Kimchi and Korea, among other kimchi tidbits. Just wanted to briefly congratulate Liza de Guia on her third James Beard Award nomination!! If anyone deserves it, it is her! She has such an impact on peoples’ lives with what she does. Thanks to her, Arirang Kimchi’s story (plus over 120 others’) was shown and heard ALL over the internet and TV. A HUGE plus is that she does this ALL on her own. She works her butt off and most definitely deserves the award. A big congratulations to Food. Curated!!!
